WP Job Manager Automated Matchmaker

A recruitment platform using WP Job Manager was overwhelmed by hundreds of submissions that required manual review for every job. Recruiters were spending dozens of hours each week comparing candidate skills against job requirements. The client needed a smart scoring system that could show the "Top 5" matches immediately, allowing recruiters to focus on the best talent.

We built a system to map resume skills directly to job requirements. The core engine uses smart scoring to compare dozens of data points and generate an accurate match percentage.

The solution gives recruiters a "Match Score" column directly in their job dashboard. Clicking through shows exactly why the score was given (e.g., "High Skill Match, Salary outside range"). We also developed sections that show candidates "Recommended Jobs", creating a system that helps both employers and job seekers find the right fit.

The matchmaking system transformed the client's recruitment workflow. By automating the initial screening through Custom Plugin Development, the platform achieved a 50% reduction in time-to-hire.
