Privacy Policy
How we handle and protect technical data within our technical team.
Last Updated: February 2026
1. Data Collection & Intake
PluginPunch collects only the technical information necessary to evaluate and execute development projects. This includes data submitted via our technical intake forms (name, email, project parameters, and technical environment details). We do not collect behavioral data for advertising purposes.
2. Technical Environment Data
During project discovery, you may share details about your WordPress environment (including plugin lists, hooks, and database schemas). This data is treated as high-stakes intellectual property and is protected by our internal security standards.
3. Transmission & Security
All data submitted through our platform is encrypted in transit and stored in secured technical environments. We utilize industrial-grade security handshakes (tokens) to prevent unauthorized automated submissions.
4. Data Retention
Technical logs and intake data are retained only as long as required for project resolution or security auditing. We implement automated pruning protocols to purge expired security logs and handshake signatures.
5. Your Technical Rights
You have the right to request the deletion of your intake data or project history. To initiate a data purge, please contact our technical team directly.
