Standard technical conditions for PluginPunch engineering engagements.

1. Engineering Engagements
PluginPunch provides high-performance WordPress engineering and technical debt resolution. All engagements are governed by specific project roadmaps and technical briefs defined during the audit phase.
2. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights for custom code developed specifically for your platform are transferred to you upon final payment resolution. Technical frameworks and internal PluginPunch utility patterns remain the property of the development studio.
3. Technical Liability
We engineer solutions for stability and scale. However, given the open and mutable nature of the WordPress ecosystem, PluginPunch is not liable for conflicts caused by third-party plugin updates or external server environment changes outside our control.
4. Payment & Protocols
Our service model is based on technical outcomes. Payments are resolved according to the milestones defined in your engineering roadmap. Late resolutions may result in a temporary suspension of technical support.
5. Independent Status
PluginPunch is an independent software development studio. We are not officially affiliated with the third-party platforms we support (e.g., MemberPress, WooCommerce, LearnDash) unless explicitly stated in a project brief.
